About the Role



We are looking for an exceptional Project Management professional to join our APAC CommOps Strategy and Planning team in Manila. The Project Manager, who will report directly to the head of APAC CommOps Strategy, Planning and Analytics, will be responsible for the delivery and management of multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management in order to deliver business value. Additionally, you should bring a passion for project management, relentless customer obsession, and a zeal for successfully delivering complex projects that drive business value. The person should also be prepared to manage, steer and guide cross functional teams in the region and in other international offices


In this role, you will have the opportunity to completely design, prioritize, and implement projects to help this fast growing region scale. Always looking to improve efficiency and solve problems which arise in this high change environment, this role is dynamic and fast thinking.


What You’ll Do
  • Independently execute various global and regional projects, across multiple teams while focusing on quality and service improvements, creating and improving capabilities, data analytics, migrations, people initiatives, reporting improvements, process standardization and keeping track of plans, quality and timelines for such activities
  • Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance with deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects 
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization 
  • Manage diverse sets of stakeholders across our team and business to get work done fast and in a way that is relevant to the appropriate audience
  • Manage, steer, and guide cross functional teams


What You’ll Need
  • 5 Minimum years relevant work experience Experience
  • Project management - you have proven experience of managing multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timescales (at least 3 years of experience)
  • Influencer - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Organized - Excellent organizational and administrative skills and ability to manage expectations
  • Self-driven - Consistently follow through on all tasks with integrity
  • Naturally curious - Have an open mindset to explore independently and adopt new approaches
  • Analytically oriented - Skews toward delivering high impact and efficacy initiatives
  • Bias for action - Drive results in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship based organization
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
