We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Content Technology team focused on Globalization. This position will be at the heart of the Nike Direct digital business and will help the global and individual Nike Direct teams plan, produce and manage Nike content through the Nike Experience Engine & Tools. You'll be instrumental in creating the digital foundation that powers Nike’s personalized consumer-anywhere experiences at scale.

Additionally, this individual will collaborate with other product managers in the group defining OKR's, helping to build a strategy focused on growing scale and usage for existing internal users and creating new features to support efficient organizational growth.

As a key member of this team, you’ll report into the Director of Product, Content Technology within the Marketing Technology space.


The Lead Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams passionate about developing content and experiences that serve athletes around the world. This opportunity will drive the product roadmap and execution for Globalization teams centered around clear objectives and outcomes, while finding opportunities to optimize workflows, provide visibility into the business and increase Nike’s content velocity to better serve our members.

As a Lead Product Manager for Nike, Globalization, you will be driving the development of a next generation of Globalization and Localization capabilities in partnership with our Global Ops and engineering teams.


The successful candidate will have experience building platform solutions for Marketers to plan and deliver the right content to the right audience. The Lead Product Manager should bring curiosity to a complex space and listen to the needs of the business, while partnering cross-functionally with both global and geo partners to implement solutions and provide continuous business value.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and years of experience
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience in an agile environment having delivered products from idealization to launch
  • Customer-centric product leader capable of defining product vision, strategy, workflows and rationale behind product decisioning
  • Demonstrable expertise in MarTech including globalization
  • Experience working in a global business environment that requires accounting for different digital ecosystems, consumer expectations, and regulations in different regions and countries
  • Experienced in managing and collaborating with key partners and cross functional groups to strategize, prioritize and deliver substantial results with methodical, data-informed decisioning with limited direction
  • Build an inclusive, safe culture where team members feel comfortable taking risks and being vulnerable with each other
  • Experience with subtitle/dubbing and product localization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner with data enablement teams to visualize business metrics and showcase decisions based on data
  • Assertive in delivering information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Superior technical writing skills to communicate product requirements to engineering, architecture, and design teammates
  • Direct experience with Creative Production, Airtable, Digital Asset Management (DAM & MAM) systems, Adobe Analytics, Localization partners, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus

Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $145,000 per year. Information about benefits can be found here.
