The Key focus is to provide dedicated client facing HRIM services to assignees and designated businesses, for assignees into and out of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan
Responsible for effective end to end HRIM operational service delivery to assignees and designated businesses, to support business needs within the agreed IM policy and client service framework. This includes offering proactive first level of advice on policy application and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for data management and data quality in My Mobility system and for payroll in conjunction with counterparts in other locations. Be able to manage mass data from multiple resources and covering different countries in an accurate manner.
Interpret policy consistently and advise solution or local application within the boundary of global IM policy simultaneously in compliance. Bring input or proposal for North Asia local application setup or improvement.
Develop and manage relationship with BFHR Managers and Advisors to manage expectations, provide them training on IM systems and processes.
Build relationship and manage vendors on day to day basis, which includes but not limit to tax, immigration and DSP. Coordinate regular review meeting locally with each vendor for performance improvement. Keeping up to date with tax & immigration updates.
Partner with other internal function such as finance, tax, legal, medical to ensure compliance requirement for assignment into the region is managed, BP medical and safety requirement is met.
Support IM projects in the region. e.g. New location set up, group move, salary review, tax filing etc.
Bachelor degree or above
Essential experience and job requirements
At least 3-5 years end to end international mobility experience with a large multifunctional group
knowledge of expatriate immigration, taxation, policy and process
Experience of operating in a team structure sharing knowledge and with the ability to challenge in a positive way to achieve cost effectiveness
Strong practical knowledge of global, regional and local expatriate issues
Experience of managing mass data from different source
Experience of project management and portfolio management

Fluent English in oral and writing must be essential
Strong client service skills combined with good relationship building skills
The ability to work in a challenging environment across many centres of operation with multiple lines of authority
Ability to manage difficult conversations
