<h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>This Treasury position is part of the GE Power/Renewables exposure management COE working close with Business Treasury team. This team consists of skilled knowledge workers whose mission is to provide the organization with their competencies to support the Biz to take the right decision, to properly identify and manage risks part of the Treasury area (Foreign exchange, commodities, trapped cash) and to design funding solutions.<br>The Gas Power Business Lead Treasury Analyst will have a broader range of responsibilities within Treasury perimeter, working closely with Gas Power (GP) team, Exposure Management CoE, Corporate Treasury and Power & Renewable Treasury community.<p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></p><p>Leading the following areas:</p><ul><li>Work closely GE Businesses to identify, gather and report FX exposure data</li><li>Maintain the FX exposure data throughout the lifecycle by ensuring that exposure and hedges are in-sync as per policy</li><li>Assist in analysis of the actual FX impacts, FX hedge effectiveness testing and reporting, </li><li>Provide monthly and ad hoc analysis & comments on actual FX results, and hedge volumes</li><li>Continuous evaluation of existing processes and contribute in implementation of further process improvements </li><li>Support different audits (CAS, KPMG, Internal audit, etc) as needed</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or work experience</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Significant experience in Finance/Treasury/IT - Big4 experience, FMP graduation is an advantage</li><li>Experience in a multi-cultural, international environment, ideally in one of GE’s industrial businesses</li><li>Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary.</li></ul><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.</li><li>Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy to understand manner</li><li>Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Spotfire, treasury tools, etc.), strong Excel skills, PowerPoint, Access</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.</li><li>Experience in a matrixed environment</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><div></div><p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
