We are looking for someone passionate and experienced around candidate research, market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, leadership sourcing, and relationship development. We need someone interested in innovating on process, understanding emerging recruitment technologies, and building out key recruiting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across North America and at ease contacting passive, senior level talent.

Our Senior Diversity Talent Sourcers are specialized in sourcing processes, including managing complex candidate pipelines, presenting to executives, managing recruiter relationships, and innovating on recruiting processes within the Business Operations Organizations, including: Brand & Marketing, Human Resources, Legal and Accounting & Finance, amongst others.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing talent. You will proactively assess talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across the creative, administrative and operations space, with a sharp focus on managing diverse pipelines. Earning trust across a range of partners and customers, you will establish yourself as the authority for Business Operations Sourcing. You will actively form meaningful relationships with talent, using platforms such as Taleo ATS, Avature CRM, Gild, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and HiringSolved.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is embedded in our Diversity Talent Sourcing Team within the Recruiting organization. This role will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruiting teams to support all hiring for Nike's G&A organizations. It is an agile role, in which you may cover Comms, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or other facets of Nike, Inc.’s business.


WHAT YOU BRING
- Open to remote work

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

- 4+ years' full cycle recruitment and/or specialized sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse pipelines of talent.

- 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree.

- Direct experience sourcing for talent in the following areas: Marketing, Creative, Digital, Finance and/or Administrative and Operational roles.

- Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines.

- Expertise in assessing talent.

- Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent.
