What you will do
As a UX Producer you will shepherd projects through the design process by coordinating the work of UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers. You combine expert project management skills and a passion for customers. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions that delight our customers. You should have deep knowledge and practical experience in software design including a keen understanding of how to effectively plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and meet deadlines.

You will also manage all project-related communications ensuring that progress, blockers, and potential trade-offs are clearly understood and all stakeholder decisions are documented. This job requires you to earn trust with numerous stakeholders with often competing deadlines and needs. You will need to be an expert diplomat, a master planner, and a flexible project manager who can effectively balance multiple projects that affect the experience of billions of global customers.


· 7+ years of professional experience as a program manager, project manager, client services lead, or operational design leadership.
· Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required changes to make sure designers are working at efficiently and effectively.
· Collaborate with Design team leadership in key project decision-making, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, coordination of teams and approval processes. Define and manage project schedules and budgets from inception to completion.
· Represent Design in critical meetings to track actions, milestones and deliverables.
· Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
· Experience leading cross-team efforts, and synthesizing feedback and input from product management, engineering, and marketing.
· Experience supporting global design projects across mobile web, desktop, and/or on-device mobile applications.
· Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, proactively solve problems and accomplish challenging objectives with a minimum of direction.


· Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior management.
· Experience in a customer-centric, insights-driven ecommerce environment.
· Thorough knowledge of user centered design processes and iterative development processes.
· An informed set of core values regarding user experience, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and precision.
· Experience shipping innovative, successful global consumer products in a highly-matrixed and ambiguous environment.
· Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts.
· Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations.
· Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
· Background in design thinking and event planning/promotion a plus.
