We are looking for a Digital First Sales Representative who will establish Nike as the premier brand within the athletic specialty, or sporting goods channel! Our team will achieve this by ensuring alignment with Nike’s One Marketplace Priorities within North America, (“Open to remote work, except cannot work in Colorado. Colorado candidates will be required to relocate.”)


As part of this team, you will service an assigned account base through seasonal product presentations (footwear, apparel, and equipment), service calls, setting inventory levels, and communicating effectively with our internal MPO teams. Daily, you will be handling logistical issues (order tracking, returns, cancels), managing sample lines, and leading the order process from entry to retail delivery. You will communicate account issues, future business opportunities, product issues, etc. to sales management during seasonal sales recap and/or weekly staff meetings. When travel resumes, you may be asked to participate in marketplace development & evaluations/market travel.


Under the leadership of the Director, North America Partner Digital First team,you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and external customers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years additional sales experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2 years of experience in sales, retail, planning, merchandising or related field; experience in the fashion and/or sports industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and improve account profitability
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, as well as core iPad and smart phone technologies
  • Understanding of the competitive market, customers and retail trends
  • Ability to travel to assigned accounts and/or market travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to grasp, carry and move samples up to 50 lbs.
