The Manager, Insights Sourcing, Global Technology will help us take our talent sourcing and recruiting initiatives to the next level by building and executing upon end-to-end sourcing strategies in support of NIKE Inc.’s key global initiatives and global technology expansion and transformation. We are looking for a manager who is passionate and experienced around leading a technology diversity sourcing team in a performance-driven environment. We need someone interested in innovating on process, understanding emerging recruitment technologies, and building out key recruiting projects with your team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will have the ability to innovate on metrics development and tracking, emerging recruitment technologies, and process enhancements. In addition, you'll be a subject matter expert on the talent sourcing processes and building and feeding talent pools for Nike’s Technology transformation initiatives, including: building and leading your team to execute in a goal-driven environment and ideating the future of talent sourcing and provide organizational training strategies to the broader TA team. Your team’s direct focus will be talent mapping & engaging passive external prospects with expertise in data science & analytics. Your Insights Sourcing team partners closely with the Insights Recruiting team along with our data science & analytics organizations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is embedded in our Diversity Talent Sourcing Team within the Recruiting organization. This role will report into the Director of Global Technology and Digital Talent Sourcing and collaborate with the Technology Recruiting team to support all hiring for Nike's Global Technology organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 5 years or more of industry experience.
  • Direct experience sourcing for talent in three or more of the following areas: Technical and Solutions Architects; Core Engineering (front-end,back-end, full stack, mobile) with Retail/eCommerce experience;Advanced Analytics (Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science,Personalization); Platform Engineering (Cloud experience a plus);Innovation Engineering; Network and Infrastructure; CyberSecurity/Information Security (IAM, Cyber Threat, Risk, Governance);Technical Product Management; User Experience (UX) Design; TechnicalProgram Management.
  • Dynamic talent sourcing experience competing across the Technology talent marketplace.
  • Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines through traditional passive sourcing and programmatic strategies.
  • Expertise in assessing technical talent.
  • Strong team leadership experience.
  • Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent.
