<h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>To provide professional & proactive HR Fleet administration support to the GE businesses as part of the OneHR team through building effective relationships with the GE HR community, the Payroll & Benefits team as well as other COEs.<p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>HR Administration (90%)</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Deal with all customer enquiries in a professional, courteous & timely manner</li><li>Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value</li><li>Maintain process documentation in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations</li><li>Provide and maintain documentation of HR lifecycle and employee lifecycle and other HR processes</li><li>Maintaining Workday and database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation HR and regional People Operations</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Partnership (10%)</b></p><ul><li>Develop a strong working relationship with the GE HR and HR CoE community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues</li><li>Proactively telephone HR and regional HR CoE partners & customers to ensure timely resolution of transactions</li><li>Actively seek customer feedback & use it to improve our service offering</li><li>Deliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep customers informed on progress –taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the process</li><li>Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Expertise</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Success in a highly professional Customer Operations or HR Fleet administration role, ideally within a multi-national organization</li><li>Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment</li><li>Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines</li><li>Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base</li><li>Fluency in English and German with polite, professional communication skills</li><li>Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges</li><li>Strong IT skills including Workday, Excel, Word</li><li>Confidentiality & controllership mindset</li><li>Supportive and enthusiastic team player</li><li>Fluency in any other Northern / Western European language is an advantage</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
